“I started training with Buffalo MultiFit when I was 3 months pregnant. I had been very active before my pregnancy and wanted to maintain my fitness without putting my body or baby at risk for injury. Carrie was phenomenal with me. She knew exactly how to motivate me and help me reach the perfect level of intensity while paying close attention to my limits and restrictions. She never made me feel like I was fragile or weak, and I ended every session really proud of the work I had accomplished. “My wife and I started training with Carrie in 2008, after going to traditional gyms and working with their trainers. We were looking for something different and more intense.
Carrie was our first introduction to personalized, functional training. She took the time to assess our physical condition at the time, our goals, and our overall capability.
